Emily Maude studied Illustration at the University of Brighton before embarking on her illustration career and alongside developing her own product range which is sold internationally.

Inspired by the works of Edward Bawden and Eric Ravilious she looks to apply the same principle to her work, that illustration can be applied to any surface. She looks to find the extraordinary in the ordinary and takes delight in the beauty that the evolution of time left behind. Her aim is to create well made products, with excellent design at affordable prices which she undertakes from her studio in central Brighton.

Past and present stockists include Paul Smith, Liberty, Graham and Green, Pallant House Gallery, Yorkshire Sculpture Park amongst numerous independent shops and galleries across the UK and abroad.
